Delete your account
You can delete your Café 11even account and personal data at any time.
In the app
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Send us a WhatsApp message from your registered number: “Please delete my Café 11even account”, or email [email protected] with your phone number. We delete it within 7 days and confirm on WhatsApp.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone login, saved addresses and notification settings.
- Your order history is unlinked from you.
What we must keep
Bills and payment records are kept for the period required by tax law (currently about six years) and are used only for that purpose.
